Reservations - Beach House & Waterfront Home
We have simplified booking your reservation online at Pearl Point. To book your reservation please use the form below and we will contact you to confirm your reservation once it is received.
Reservation Policy
- A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking to hold reservation.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500.00 for booking the beach house and $1000 for the waterfront home.
- A 28 day notice is required for cancellations.
- Full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival & check-in.
- Please make arrangements ahead of time for key pick up and check-in.
