Beach House - Policies
We have a few standard policies for our guests to be aware of when planning a stay at the Pearl Point Beach House, these include:
- No Smoking
- Sorry, No Pets (In consideration of guests with allergies)
- Maximum of 6 people
- Check-in 3pm; Check-out 11am
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500.00 for booking the beach house.
